| The Alabama Department of Corrections (“ADOC”) desires to establish a two (2) year contract for the
provision of cremation and burial services for inmates as set forth herein with the possibility of mutually
agreed upon renewals up to three (3) additional years. The State also reserves the right to modify the
operational requirements of the contract in the event that new facilities are built or some of the existing
facilities are closed. |
